"I HAVE to write to you. When I got ready to order the first gallon of Lighting Strip I had serious doubts that it would work as advertised. Especially since it's water-based, c'mon, I'm a man, water-based products are for kids. We are refinishing the kitchen cabinets in our new home and used what was touted as the "very best" stripper (by a local hardware store) on a shelf as a test. This was a non-water based product and we had to use at least 8 coats to get the shelf to bare wood. Even then it wasn't completely stripped. After using your product on the same test shelf I was completely amazed. We have since been able to get the kitchen island stripped in a fraction of the time it would have taken with the other product. This stuff is truly amazing and makes stripping wood so easy. I can't believe how well it works. We were pretty disappointed that we probably couldn't get our kitchen finished like we wanted but with this product we are extremely excited that it's going to turn out exactly as we want."

"I tried two other strippers first that I got from the hardware store. The first was supposed to be an easy on/easy off. It barely touched the finish. I had already picked up a second, "stronger" stripper and used the brash brushes as you recommend with Lightning Strip. (I was waiting for my Lightning Strip to arrive.) The difference and ease of using Lightning Strip was unbelievable. I could have saved myself hours of work. My table is beautiful. I had a cute little, 3-legged table to strip paint and old stain from which I was able to complete in less than an hour. Now that I've heard from you regarding the veneer, I can hardly wait to get started on my secretary.
Thanks for your quick response to my inquiry."

"I have used the typical off-the-shelf strippers, stains and finishes for more years than I care to admit. I've always loved to refinish furniture but it took forever and really wasn't all that much fun at times. After Chuck gave me a 10 min. Demonstration of Lightning Strip I WAS SOLD! I couldn't believe it. I don't know what I would do without it now. As far as finishes were concerned, I've always used oil stains and polyurethane finishes. And as with strippers, It took forever to refinish a piece of furniture. You had to wait at least a day for either one to dry before applying another coat. (Chuck would have this pained look on his face when I talk about them and would tell me how much better the water based stains and finishes were that he used.) It took about six months before I got up the nerve to try the water based finishes. I can now refinish a piece of furniture in a day. Suffice it to say, I will NEVER use regular stain and polyurethane EVER again, speak nothing of never again hearing complaints from my wife about the foul orders and the toxic and flammable fumes associated with these products. There is a lot of fun and joy in refinishing furniture now. The down side is that I'm running out furniture in the house to refinish."

"Just wanted to send you a small "Thank You " note for the wonderful hotel wash stand that we purchased from you. All the information you provided us with about this rare piece made it so easy for us to make this purchase. It is wonderful to deal with someone who is so knowledgeable about their items. You went out of your way to send us additional pictures get us more dimensions and even provide us a background on the piece. This put me soo much at ease. The only thing that concerned me was the long trip it had to make to NY. When it arrived I was so impressed as to how well it was packaged. Truly a Professional job. A custom crate made for my piece there was no way anything was going to happen to it. It was truly wrapped well and I even felt it was wrapped with a little love for its new home. When opening my custom crate the piece was even more gorgeous than I could expect. It will be a lovely additional to our home. I look forward to future purchases with you in the near future as my home restoration project is just in the beginning phase. Thank you for all of your hard work in completing this sale. "
